We are seeking a talented QAD Developer to support and enhance our QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE) environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and deliver system enhancements that support operational and business objectives. The idóneo candidate will have strong technical expertise in QAD development, integrations, reporting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements within the QAD Enterprise Edition platform.
Support local business initiatives by delivering system improvements and custom development solutions.
Develop and maintain QAD reports, browses, and integrations using QRF and QXtend technologies.




Provide functional and technical support for QAD applications and related business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process optimization opportunities.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of development requests in alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain business processes within QAD environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders.
