MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in management consulting, advising clients on business
strategy and operations.
* 5 years of experience in consulting and managing cross-functional projects.
* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients
in the region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in a contract role with a professional services and consulting
organization.
* Ability to deliver business transformation programs in a fluid, and dynamic
environment.
* Ability to identify and understand business problems, and craft creative,
impactful solutions.
* Ability to communicate and influence cross-functionally and at the executive
level.
* Ability to operate separately in complex, fast-paced environments, with
thought leadership and a strong focus on delivering results.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to
build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor and
strategic partner.
