Responsibilities
* Lead all facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities,
infrastructure, and site services.
* Ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems such as HVAC,
electrical distribution, compressed air, water systems, generators, fire
protection systems, and backup power equipment.
* Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Lead facility expansion, renovation, and capital improvement projects.
* Manage facility budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and
cost-effective execution.
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory
requirements.
* Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
* Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction initiatives.
* Partner with Operations to ensure facilities support current and future
manufacturing requirements.
* Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement
initiatives.

Qualifications




* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
* Experience leading facilities, maintenance, utilities, or infrastructure
operations within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
* Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and external contractors.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing
environment.
