We’re hiring a Jr Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Analytics, Specialist to support our data-driven teams and general business operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, design strategic dashboards, and help shape decision-making with data at its core:

You have:
· 2 - 4+ Years of experience in a similar role within a multinational or tech-driven environment.
· Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· In-depth knowledge of analytics methodologies and proven experience working with large datasets.
· Proven record of automation projects using cloud platforms and analysis tools.
· Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Python, and advanced Excel; familiarity with SQL and cloud data platforms is a strong plus.
· Proven experiencie in any IT/Software company.
· Solid understanding of modern data architectures (data lake, data warehouse, lakehouse) and best practices in data quality and security.
· Strong proficiency in English (B2), both written and spoken.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills,



with experience delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
· Desirable experience in e-commerce/marketplace
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a continuous improvement mindset.

· Extract, transform, and analyze business intelligence data from a variety of internal and external sources.
· Develop comprehensive dashboards and detailed reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar, to support strategic planning and business monitoring.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Digital, etc.) to identify business needs and translate data into actionable insights.
· Design and maintain scalable data models, ensuring data quality, security, and accessibility in line with best practices.
