Own the inbound sales process for an established event rental company, helping customers select rental products, process orders, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll manage high-volume inbound inquiries, recommend solutions based on customer needs, and ensure every order is accurate from initial inquiry through final confirmation.

This role is idóneo for professionals with experience in event rentals, hospitality, catering, or wedding services who enjoy combining customer service with sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound phone calls and email inquiries from customers.
- Process and update rental orders accurately in the order management system.
- Recommend rental products based on event type, guest count, style, and budget.
- Answer customer questions regarding pricing, availability, rental policies, and services.
- Review, update,



and confirm customer orders before fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries while providing exceptional service throughout the rental process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
- Conduct occasional outreach to venues or prospective customers to support business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Learn and effectively use company software and internal systems.

Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in event rentals, wedding planning, catering, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Experience handling customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
