Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Mexicali, BCN. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput within the protective case manufacturing environment.



Responsibilities include developing and implementing process improvements, supporting manufacturing engineering initiatives, and optimizing material flow, labor utilization, and equipment use. The role involves collecting and interpreting operational data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and supply chain to implement sustainable solutions. The Industrial Engineer will also contribute to standard work documentation, continuous improvement projects, and cost-reduction efforts aligned with AS9100D-certified quality systems.
