Key Responsibilities
- Guiding Fullstory onboarding customers throughout the onboarding project,



from kick-off to final training session.
- Coaching on installation, answering basic questions, sharing best practices, and providing high-quality, live-instructor training of the Fullstory platform.
- Working with the clients to schedule and keep onboarding on track against agreed-upon timelines.
- CX insights/ Data analysis work with guidance from management and leadership.
- Continuous review of Fullstory features, seeking training (self or guided) as needed.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, uses of AI in analytics, and other relevant topics to the job/company/industry.
- Participating and managing the completion of tasks on time and efficiently.
- Building and reviewing presentation materials for client meetings, keeping accurate and detailed records/notes of training sessions, and communicating professionally to clients and team members.
