We are looking for a professional with a law degree with experience in C ivil and Commercial Litigation.

The adecuado candidate will have the following:
- One to three years of experience in Civil and Commercial litigation, as a licensed attorney
- Significant experience on dispute resolution and commercial bankruptcy
- Advanced knowledge in workouts and insolvency
- Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong client service orientation - a "client first" mentality
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients
- Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence




- Ability to work well in both a team and individually
- High sense of urgency

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on communication with the client and attend/coordinate work requests.
- Channel complex issues to the Senior Associate and Partner
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Junior Associates and Interns
- Review of client/project fees.
- Master the applicable legislation and be updated on the changes that impact the matter
- Provide adequate and comprehensive advice to both clients and teammates.
- Manage the work plan.
- Develop work proposals.
