Cold Caller (Commission-Based) – US Healthcare / Medical Billing (RCM)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time (Commission-Based)

Working Hours: 48 hours per week (US Time Zone)

About the Role

We are looking for confident, motivated, and fluent English-speaking Cold Callers to join our growing team.



Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to healthcare providers across the United States, introducing our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, and generating qualified business opportunities.

This is a performance-based position, meaning there is no fixed salary. You will earn commission for every client that successfully signs a contract through your efforts.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers in the United States.

* Introduce and explain our Medical Billing and RCM services professionally.

* Build rapport with decision-makers and identify their current billing challenges.

* Handle common objections confidently and maintain a professional conversation.

* Generate qualified leads and assist in moving them through the sales process.

* Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

* Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
