Role Description The Amazon Account Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts for multiple brands. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring account health, managing inventory and pricing, and ensuring product listings are accurate, optimized, and compliant with Amazon policies. The role involves conducting market and keyword research, analyzing sales and advertising performance, and recommending strategies to increase visibility and conversion.



This position requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent reporting on key performance metrics.
Experience managing Amazon seller or vendor accounts, including listing creation, optimization, and account health monitoring.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Amazon Seller Central, Amazon advertising tools, and basic reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, pricing strategies, and inventory management in marketplace environments.
Ability to conduct market and keyword research, interpret performance data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
High level of organization, time management, and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote setting.
Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus given cross-border operations.
Previous experience in digital marketing, Amazon PPC, or marketplace advertising is high
