Main responsibilities:

Team Management
- Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment
- Coordinate the plant launch teams of the plants involved in the program
- Coordinate activities and tasks fulfilment of the Program Manufacturing team
- Plant Launch Team leaders (if only 1 plant he cumulates this role)
- Pilot Plant (for ISPG)
- PC&L; (Supply Chain) Engineer
- Program Logistics
- Including support functions if necessary (PSE, QSE, HSE…)
- Act as the interface between the Program Core team and the plant(s)




- In agreement with the program manager, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers
- Product interface (manufacturability)Ensure design to manufacturing through concurrent engineering activities with product engineers
- Ensure manufacturing feasibility
- Manage the Prototype Build and Delivery and Analysis
- Implement all changes related to production system and/or related to the product (as of Engineering Change Management)
