We are seeking a highly hands-on Production Manager who thrives on the shop floor, drives operational excellence, and leads by example.

This role requires a strong manufacturing leader who is actively involved in daily operations, problem-solving, employee engagement, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a visible presence on the production floor manager, capable of making real-time decisions and developing high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing direct support to supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
Monitor and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
Identify and resolve production issues in real time through structured problem-solving methodologies.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
Coordinate staffing, scheduling,



and resource allocation to meet customer requirements.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a Production Management leadership role.
Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production environment.
