Summary Statement:

Oracle Financing provides payment solutions to help customers acquire Oracle
products and services. The Credit and Syndications Analyst primary
responsibilities are to review, evaluate, and provide written analysis of
transactions with end-users to arrive at accurate risk ratings, provide
approvals within delegated credit authority, and provide transaction structuring
and pricing support to Oracle Financing sales. The analyst will be proficient
in conducting due diligence calls with the CFO of privately held companies
including venture-funded companies, obtaining all required information during
the calls. Analysis, risk ratings, and decisions must be consistent with the
financial institution market so that transactions are liquid. The Analyst will
utilize leading credit analysis tools to ensure the analysis and recommendations
are accurate. Further, closed transactions will be syndicated to bank partners,




and the analyst needs to be able to explain and justify each transaction to the
appropriate funding source. The Analyst should have the ability to handle
multiple tasks, work independently with little guidance or supervision, and
provide responsive support to the OFD sales organization.
