What you’ll own
- Drive application reliability by monitoring production and certification environments, ensuring service level agreements are achieved and business operations remain uninterrupted.
- Own second level application support for critical merchant accounting platforms, delivering timely resolution of issues and minimizing business impact.
- Lead the successful execution of platform releases by partnering with internal teams to deliver stable, high quality outcomes.
- Create operational efficiencies by identifying process improvements and enhancing procedures that strengthen consistency, scalability and performance.




- Influence platform enhancements by contributing insights and recommendations that improve functionality, reliability and user experience.
- Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution and ensure seamless delivery of operational services.
- Drive proactive problem solving by evaluating complex challenges, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to business continuity through participation in the on call rotation, ensuring critical systems remain available and resilient around the clock.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of experience within Information Technology, financial technology or the bankcard industry.
- Experience supporting business critical applications within a production environment.
