Senior Executive Assistant (AI Operations)

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

At Niya, we're building a new category of human + AI outsourcing.

We combine exceptional offshore operators with AI-enabled workflows to help founders, CEOs, and senior executives run their businesses more effectively. Our work goes far beyond calendar management or inbox support. We build systems, improve operations, solve problems, and help our clients reclaim time for the work that matters most.

We're looking for someone who wants to build, not just execute.

You'll work directly with our CEO, support high-profile US clients, help shape how Niya delivers its services, and play a key role in building the operational standards that future team members will follow.

What You'll Do





Executive Operations
- Manage executive calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, and priorities.
- Prepare executive-quality presentations, proposals, reports, and client communications.
- Conduct research and synthesize information into clear recommendations.
- Coordinate projects across multiple stakeholders and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Client Delivery
- Support founders and executives across operations, administration, reporting, research, and communication.
- Build trusted relationships through proactive, reliable execution.
- Anticipate problems before they become problems.
- Deliver consistently high-quality work with minimal supervision.

AI Operations
- Use AI every day to improve the quality, speed, and consistency of your work.
- Design prompts, test workflows, document best practices, and continuously improve how work gets done.
