? We’re Hiring: Payment Business Development Executive – LATAM ?

We are looking for a results-driven payment sales professional to acquire and develop high-volume merchants across Latin America.

This is a hands-on sales position for someone who already understands the payments industry and can turn merchant relationships into signed contracts and real processing volume.

? Location: 100% Remote — Candidates must be based in LATAM

? Employment Type: Full-time

? Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commission

? What You Will Do:
- Identify and acquire high-volume merchants across iGaming, Forex, Crypto, digital entertainment, and cross-border e-commerce.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, product presentation, commercial negotiation, and contract signing.
- Understand merchant pain points related to payment conversion, local payment methods, settlement, reserves, and processing stability.
- Present tailored payment solutions covering cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods.




- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Integration, and Operations teams to onboard and activate merchants.
- Support merchants through integration and help them scale transaction volume.
- Build and maintain an active LATAM merchant pipeline through personal networks, industry events, referrals, and outbound sales.
- Track signed merchants, activated accounts, processing volume, and revenue performance.

✅ Essential Requirements:
- At least 2–4 years of direct sales or business development experience at a PSP, payment gateway, acquirer, fintech, or merchant acquiring company.
- Proven experience acquiring payment merchants—not only managing existing accounts or payment operations.
- Existing relationships with merchants in iGaming, Forex, Crypto, digital services, or cross-border e-commerce are highly desirable.
