We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to support our sales representatives and customers throughout the post-sale solar installation process.

You will be responsible for helping move projects from the signed contract stage through permitting, preparation, and installation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with their projects after the sale is completed
- Confirm that all required documents and information have been submitted
- Communicate regularly with customers and keep them informed about the status of their project
- Follow up with city offices, permitting departments, utility companies, and other government agencies
- Track permits, inspections, documents, and project milestones
- Communicate with sales representatives when additional information or documentation is needed
- Identify project delays or missing requirements and work quickly to resolve them




- Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the company’s systems
- Provide a professional and positive experience for both customers and sales representatives

Requirements
- Fluent, professional English is nonnegotiable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with customers, sales representatives, city officials, utility representatives, and government employees throughout the United States
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Ability to learn new software and project-management systems quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing track of important details
- Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Solar, construction, permitting, customer service, or project coordination experience is preferred
