Role Overview:
- Our client is seeking an experienced Bilingual Dental Biller and Front Desk Support professional to join their growing team.




- This position is idóneo for a highly organized and detail-oriented dental professional with strong experience in orthodontic and oral surgery billing, insurance claims, and front desk support.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate claim submission, timely insurance follow-up, and exceptional patient service while supporting two busy dental offices.
- This is primarily an administrative and billing-focused role with occasional front desk and phone support responsibilities.

Dental and Orthodontic Billing Responsibilities:
- Process and submit dental, orthodontic, and oral surgery insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Ensure claims are complete, compliant, and submitted correctly to maximize reimbursement.
- Review unpaid, denied, or rejected claims and take appropriate corrective action.
- Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims.
- Monitor claim status and follow up with insurance companies until resolution.
