**What You’ll Do for Us**:
The Costa Proud to Serve Commercial Manager role exists to:
- Lead the successful commercial alliance with partners, key accounts, customers, and consumers.
- Own (and deliver) the overall growth plan for the PTS platform, consistent with the broader Costa Coffee strategy for the market.
- Act as the key liaison between Costa Coffee Proud to Serve partner for the market (e.g. the Coca-Cola bottler), and the Costa Coffee Mexico team.
- Ensure partnership success by defining growth targets, designing brand | commercial | sales strategies, selecting the optimal commercial model, establishing required reporting & governance, and managing the day-to-day relationship. Includes support in customer engagement as required by the partner.
- Guarantee an ideal consumer experience with the platform, through market insights, consumer proposition, communication strategy, POS, and market activation.




- Work together with the Coca-Cola bottler Operations in charge of the PTS platforms, to ensure technical & operation readiness, rollout, and servicing of machines, training, supply chain and other enablers.
- Ensure maximized coffee quality within every client.
- Create and execute solutions to solve complex customer issues.
- Identify critical in-outlet best practices and deploy standard operating procedures that consistently maintain brand standards across all served locations. PTS CHECK.
- Identify, address and resolve complex problems with end-to-end solutions that may require collaboration with team members, Company associates, Customer corporate representatives or third-party suppliers.
- Support national deployment programs that are created by Customer or internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business stewardship reviews with customers to provide consultation on equipment resource allocations, crew best practices and future business planning to positively impact PTS financial performance and coffee quality/sales.
- Experience in sales and/or operations roles
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing and/or procurement experience in the Coffee & Food Service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements from action plans derived from robust data analysis.




- Demonstrated ability to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements to contracts and other legal agreements.
- Well refined understanding of continuous improvement concepts and principles.
- Demonstrate the ability to assemble and analyze large quantities of data and conduct in depth analysis of the data, such as should-cost models, benchmarking, etc.
- Experience in defining the strategy and marketing plans to build a brand and the practical experience of commercializing and executing disparate operating models with direct people leadership/management experience.
- Experience across different functions demonstrating an ability to lead complex businesses and influence key stakeholders (brand management, category management, marketing, e-commerce, sales and operations).
- Previous experience in a face to face customer sales or operations role calling on senior level buyers, general operations experience and project management experience are all adecuado.
- Must possess a demonstrated ability in delivering transformational initiatives.
- Must be able to communicate a compelling story to motivate and align internal and external clients to achieve a desired outcome.
- The ability to create a strategic plan that addresses customer needs while also driving company profitability is required.
