This is a work from home opportunity that requires access to a broadband internet connection or a clear cellular data connection, and a dedicated quiet area. At this time this position is open to all applicants over age 18 anywhere in the country of Mexico. (Applicants must be citizens, permanent residents, and/or have a valid work visa prior to applying).
We are seeking to fill multiple positions for this role.
**Requirements**:
- Must speak, understand, read, and write both Spanish and English (and, if applicable, a 3rd language) at a professional level
- Knowledge of medical terminology in both Spanish and English (and, if applicable, a 3rd language).




- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in interpretation
- Note-taking skills and attention to detail required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Interpret for medical appointments with an English-speaking medical provider and a Spanish speaking patient (and/or a third language, if applicable)
- Interpret non-medical appointments.
- Follow interpreter protocol to maintain professionalism and interpreter transparency.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations (including HIPAA) to maintain the privacy and security of all parties.
- Core Medical Interpreter Training will be taken - 3 weeks paid training starting this 14th November.
- Sign of contract
