Responsible for the global maintenance of the plant, Facilities, Service, green areas, SCI.
- Creates and maintains up-to-date manufacturing processes.
- Clearly identifies customer requirements. Analyzes manufacturing processes and compliance with requirements.
- Ensures that all new or existing machinery, equipment and documentation within area of responsibility complies with applicable safety, ergonomic, hygiene and environmental requirements.
- Develops and maintains internal operating standards and good manufacturing practices, using metrics and loss and deviation analysis to minimize waste and rework operations, maximizing utilization of installed capacity, material and human resources.
- Integrally supports using Lean Manufacturing,



Six Sigma and TOC tools to achieve the company's goals and objectives set forth in the Business Plan.
- Identifies and promotes product design changes to make necessary process improvements based on Customer requirements as well as improvements initiated from within the company.
- Develops and/or coordinates departmental or organizational improvement projects.
