**Integral Supply Chain & Strategy Business Analyst **for a world leading Pharmaceutical company which operates in over 100 countries and is headquartered in the United Kingdom.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Take a leadership role for Operations IT Global Supply Chain & Strategy on major Global Logistics Function change programs and represent the requirements and change impacts with a predominant focus in the Americas region
- Execute Small Enhancement Requests end-to-end in collaboration with the business and Software Shared Services SAP team(s)
- Support the business and project team in the creation of sufficiently detailed, clear and realistic business requirements aligned to agreed global business processes
- Work collaboratively with other Business Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure that designs are truly end-to-end and that non-functional as well as functional requirements are considered in the design
- Take accountability for key project deliverables, & where relevant assure the quality of relevant deliverables as produced by partners/internal delivery teams either as part of a workflow or by spot checks as appropriate
- Assure that requirements are testable and incorporated into user acceptance and end to end integration testing with the business
**Work collaboratively with**
- Business Stakeholders to ensure that solutions fulfil their future strategic needs and challenges
- Business Process Owners on business process change, identify and devise solutions that optimize business process performance, capability and competitiveness, and be IT point of contact.
- Business customers to identify business requirements and effectively communicate impact, cost and benefits of new and changed demands
- IT Architecture, Delivery and Support across the IT organization,
to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective IT testing so that the solutions delivered to the business are efficient and effective, meeting the customer experience expectations.
**Work collaboratively with or take responsibility for**:
- Test Lead to define the testing approach and the components of testing to ensure traceability of requirements and effectiveness of overall solution.
- Change Management/Communication Lead to ensure the Change Management, Training, and Communications plans and delivery support the Stakeholder Analysis.
**Required Skills and experience**
- Proven experience in SAP integration with logistics service providers and external partner systems.
- In-depth functional understanding of SAP MM, SD, and LE modules (preferred modules)
- Knowledge of other SAP supply chain modules (including APO) and end to end processes is a plus
- Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and distribution business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain
- Understanding of SAP serialization and traceability module ATTP and business processes is a plus.
- Ability to facilitate meetings to gather and document testable business requirements from business users, prepare functional specifications, identify key changes and impacts, and partner with the business to develop super users, robust test scenarios, and end user training to adopt and assimilate changes
- Very good understanding of integration of SAP modules in end-to-end business processes
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Application life cycle management
- Understanding of GxP and SOX requirements and working experience in a validated environment.
- Ability to work in large, globally distributed, and diverse teams
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership behaviors and proactive approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of lean and agile methodologies
- Some project management experience is especially helpful
