- ** Entregar la información necesaria a los supervisores de mantenimiento de MMS, SAP, Excel, Access, SharePoint y Power BI.**:
- ** Validar y envíar el informe de Tiempo extra al Dpto de Relaciones Laborales.**:
- ** Apoyar y dar seguimiento a regalos y eventos del modelo de satisfacción.**:
- ** Administrar los suministros de oficina.**:
- ** Soporte y seguimiento a ideas de mejora de Blue Collars**:
- ** Administrar información de los equipos en SAP (Master Data ).**:
- ** Administrar bases de datos de mantenimiento.**:
- ** Actualizar, diseñar formatos para el área (Ayudas visuales, KPI´s, etc)**:
- ** Conteo anual de equipos y herramentales con numero de SAP.**:
- ** Seguimiento a procesos de Scrap de Equipos de Mantenimiento en conjunto con departamento de Importaciones/Exportaciones.**:
- ** Soporte a dueños de área con inventario o recopilación de información por movimientos o requerimientos legales de Equipos.**
