We are looking for a highly organized and personable Business Development Coordinator to help recruit, onboard, and support new sales representatives.

This person will be responsible for conducting recruiting webinars, guiding new salespeople through the onboarding process, and making sure they receive the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. You will also serve as their primary point of contact, answering questions, providing ongoing support, and helping them stay engaged and productive.

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional recruiting webinars for potential sales representatives
- Guide new hires through the complete onboarding process
- Provide sales representatives with the systems, tools, training materials, and access they need
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing sales representatives
- Answer questions and resolve onboarding or technology-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and track onboarding progress
- Follow up consistently to ensure representatives complete all required steps




- Coordinate with management and other departments when additional support is needed
- Help create a professional, organized, and positive experience for every new team member

Requirements
- Fluent, professional English is required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable presenting and speaking during live webinars
- Able to manage multiple people, tasks, and deadlines at the same time
- Professional, dependable, patient, and solution-oriented
- Previous experience in recruiting, onboarding, sales support, training, or business development is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month
