Role overview

The
Commercial Insights Analyst
supports the Commercial Product Operations Manager by

generating structured insights that
help Sales and Customer Success improve acquisition,
retention, and expansion outcomes
at Doctoralia México.

This role focuses on transforming commercial data into actionable recommendations. The

analyst works across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to
analyze
performance trends, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-informed decision making.




The role is expected to progressively move from ad-hoc reporting toward deeper analytical work that explains performance drivers and proposes measurable improvement initiatives.

This is not a Business Intelligence reporting-only role.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Analyze commercial performance across the customer lifecycle, focusing on: Definition of ICP, Retention and churn drivers, Customer engagement and usage patterns, Expansion and upsell opportunities, Pricing and packaging performance
- Develop structured analyses that move beyond descriptive reporting into explanation of

performance drivers. Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for Sales and Customer Success leadership.
