You will scale consumer brands by building influencer and UGC programs from the ground up.

Compensation:

USD 1.5K - 2.5K/month

- You are an expert in Social media strategy, Social media marketing, Marketing, Growth marketing, Email marketing.
- You are proficient in User-generated content (UGC), SEO (Search engine optimization), Paid media, Meta Ads, Influencer scouting.
- English - Fully fluent

We're looking for a Mexico-based marketer with excellent written and spoken English who will work for a US company marketing to US consumers.





Our flagship brand is Volada Vodka —the first vodka inspired by classic Mexican Aguas Frescas. We're currently available in every Total Wine across Texas, multiple additional states, and many of the largest liquor store chains in Texas.

We're also preparing to launch an exciting new consumer brand: a spicy watermelon tequila shot inspired by the iconic Mexican Candy Shot. If you're familiar with products such as Gran Malo, Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind, or Bacardi Mango Chile, you'll understand the general category and consumer occasion—while we're building a brand with its own distinct positioning and identity.

This is not a role where you'll simply execute someone else's playbook.

You'll work directly with our Founder & CEO to build our influencer, gifting, and UGC programs from scratch while helping drive customer acquisition across the brand.
