to join luxury cruise ships.

Your Role

As part of the Guest Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries, onboard services, reservations, accounts, and ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable vacation.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in a Guest Services, Front Office, Reception, Concierge, or Customer Service role within a
4 or 5-star hotel
or luxury hospitality environment





✅ Excellent spoken and written English

✅ Valid passport
at the time of application
(essential)

✅ Must be eligible to obtain a
U.S. C1/D Crew Visa

✅ Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
