This is a full-time position from 8:30am-5pm (Pacific Time) Mon - Fri.
Here's what a typical work day would look like:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily customer phone calls
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage inventory on Shopify store
- Creating Purchase Orders to order more inventory
- Manage customer reshipments and return
**Skills**
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Pay: Up to $28,000.00 per month
