- Implement controls to ensure quality in services.
- Address complaints and suggestions from users.
- Support in billing controls.
- Placing purchase orders
- Active participation in conjunction with the commercial area in tenders and supplier selection process
- **Report to top management status of activities through clear but simplified executive reports**
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Industrial Engineering or any other related to people processes, quality controls, general processes control, financial administration and Project Management (highly desirable)
- Conversational English level (mandatory basic level at least)
- Time and Schedule availability (position mainly workplace dependent)
