**Job Summary**
Validate the disposition of the scrap generated by the plants, reviewing the costing, weight and physical disposition, these to ensure the correct process are according with the APTIV standards and the correct posting in the SAP system and finally to ensure is collected by the approved supplier (Fortune) of the 22 facilities. Follow up the posting result with plants, to ensure the metrics are according the scrap forecast.
**My Role (EDS 22 Plants)**
- Analysis and costing for each part number identified as scrap.
- Follow up with the plants to conclude the disposition and costing process.
- Identify potential risks from scrap disposition and costing.
- Communications with Fortune to solve problems (Shipping Notification/Invoices).
- Provide the costing information to the plant shipping area to complete the shipment and payment process in the system.
- Follow up to the escalation process.
- Update tracker of weekly analysis result.
**My Background**:
- English proficiency is necessary (50% or higher)
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize in accordance with business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Manage meetings with plants and Fortune (Scrap recollection).
