- Cross functional Delphi Enterprise experience
- Lead cross functional Project Team to ensure projects are executed on time, meeting operational, quality, and financial deliverables
- Develop and maintain master program timing inclusive of all activities which must occur to ensure successful product launch
- Ensure that timely and accurate Project Reviews are scheduled, and routine reports are frequently updated on assigned projects, using these tools to expose risks and elevate issues.
- Conduct active management of Project risks and escalate, as necessary
- Report Project status to leadership staff and customers on a routine basis.
