- Objetivo- Accountable of all the HR procedures in coordination with COE's areas in order to have the proper Talent with the right capabilities required by the organization, to achieve the performance business objectives, leading all conversations in terms of possible risks and opportunities within the Plant.- Impact of this role and key deliverables- Ensure compliance with company Policies and Procedures, and manage the required actions in case of deviation to achieve internal and legal requirements
- Accountable for Talent Assessment, Selection, deployment of Capability Development, Retention plan, and Cultural adoption and Engagement.
- Implement of the Talent Management processes for leadership and people management (talent reviews, performance management, succesion plans, and others...)



in order to achieve Business Performance.
- Maximize talent management (Headcount) to support business, streamline efficiencies and staff costs.
- Responsible to coordinate and provide guidance of HR controls and compliance of Business Code of Conduct, ECO and related programs lead by corporate HR.
- Provide reliable and accurate information to the management staff of the Plants and HR for decision making related to talent management.
- Management and execution of integration events at the Plant, such as: Children's Day, Mother's Day, Ofrendas y Calaveritas, Christmas Party.
- Maintain an effective relation with Union representatives and assure labor agreements fullfilment.
- Assure ISO 14000, ISO TS and customer requirements accomplishment, in order to avoid Non-Conformities related to HR processes.
- Assure Safety and Environmental standars for the HR role at the Plant.
**Escolaridad / Certificaciones**:
- Licenciatura en Contablidad / Administración**Idioma requerido**:
