As a Sr Quality Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in quality engineering will contribute to the success and growth of our business. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability (Kaizen, A3, VECE’s)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions




- Assist in NPI’s processes
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and methodologies (ISO’s 9001, BIQ, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ingles Avanzado (plantas EU)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools - Minitab, SPC, CP and CPK
- Fluent in english
