**PART-TIME CUSTOMER CARE AMBASSADOR**
- Food & Beverage Industry Account_
The Customer Care Ambassador is responsible for order taking, tackling customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on - all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.
Must have:
- Minimum of 3 months work experience as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent command of the English language, and is an effective communicator both oral and written
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Confident and conversational/spontaneous.
- Has a personal computer with Internet Connection
- _* Processor: 4 cores and 8 threads _
- _* Memory: 16GB RAM Storage 240GB SSD _
- _* Connection: at least 50 mbps wired _
- Can work with mínimal supervision
