If selected for Future Talent Program, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 18-month development program where, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. **Your Profile**:
- Hold a Master's degree in engineering.
- Possess two years or less of professional experience post-graduation.
- Exhibit a willingness to travel extensively, ranging from 50% to 65% of the time after the initial 16 months.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
