This position’s primary responsibility is to lead activities in support of the Oracle Design organization to ensure they meet ethical standards and regulatory policies. As a Program Manager, your duties include drafting and sending correspondence to various partners to explain compliance requirements, acquiring and analyzing required reporting documents to verify compliance with various project requirements including HIPAA, medical technology, and User Experience design, and assembling and finalizing some of the organization's annual reports to adhere to laws and regulations. You will collaborate and assist with the gap analysis tools & make updates to processes and procedures to develop policies that adhere to the laws and regulations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing project documentation and reports and performing administrative duties throughout each assigned project such as: scheduling and attending project meetings, documenting observations, creating and distributing agendas, traffic handling tasks and job requests, and performing daily management of project management tools. You will work with various members of the project team and partners to develop timelines, create schedules,



and coordinate progress to ensure tasks are completed on time. You will attend meetings and ensure clear actions and results are identified and assigned as appropriate. You will use spreadsheets and other tools to manage and track resourcing, budgets, dates, and other project information. You will obtain and maintain licensure for the team’s various tools and software, provide troubleshooting guidance, and investigate new tools and software when necessary.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree **or **4 years of related work experience
- 1 year of experience in project/program management
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools
- At least one year of experience in handling large projects
- At least one year of experience working in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Technically proficient and able to learn new tools and software quickly
