**Qualifications we are looking for**:
**+5 years of experience in related area, main skills**:




- Experience working with a red status project.
- Prior experience on Risk/Issue Tracking.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- advanced degree preferred.-
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating successful team
- management and project delivery.-

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of full-cell delivery teams for Promotions projects,
ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
environment.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with Tech Mahindra and customer goals,
keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage the planning, implementation, and maintenance of said teams developed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and propose solutions
to enhance business processes.
- Budget and resource management, ensuring cost-effective use of consultants and
adherence to financial constraints.
- Stay informed about advancements in technology and recommend solutions that align
with the company's objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders,



evaluating service levels to
ensure optimal performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates to Tech Mahindra and customer management on
performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
