As a JR. COATINGS FORMULATOR, you will manage the development and adaptation of new powder technologies, support production and quality to of the products in the customer's lines.
You will report to the head of laboratory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create formulas at laboratory level and scale them to Production level.
- Work as a team with production and quality to ensure the good performance of the technologies.
- You will evaluate raw materials for manufacturing cost efficiencies.
- Identify improvements and changes to adapt formulas to the regional market.
- Prepare and ship products and samples for analysis or testing.
- Relocation of technologies.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Intermediate English.
- Color theory.




- Formula scaling.
- 2+ years of experience in water-based and solvent-based liquid painting techniques.
