Role Description
This part-time remote Head of PMO / PMO Lead role at Nada Discreta is responsible for setting up, leading, and continuously improving the Project Management Office. The position oversees the governance framework, standards, and methodologies used across programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing and monitoring the project portfolio, tracking progress against milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders. The Head of PMO / PMO Lead partners with cross-functional teams to support planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and change management, while coaching project managers and teams on best practices. This role also fosters a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in project execution.

- Strong program management and project governance skills, with experience overseeing complex, multi-project environments.




- Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, generating insights, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and facilitate alignment across diverse groups.
- Budgeting and financial oversight skills, including experience with project and program cost tracking, forecasting, and optimization.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and guiding project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience establishing or scaling a PMO, including defining standards, templates, tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable updates.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment, with strong self-management, time management, and collaboration skills.
