We're looking for an experienced and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize our daily business operations. In this hybrid role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, improve operational processes, and ensure efficient execution of business objectives while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
? Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and workflows
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to drive high performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate projects and initiatives to improve business performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
✅ Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in operations management, business operations, or a related field
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Based in Mexico with legal authorization to work full-time
