Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.) Job Description We are hiring Senior Blow Molding Engineer for our Manufacturing facility at Apodaca Profile: •Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineer or related field, with 5 years of experience in a position as a Blow Molding Engineer or similar role. •Experience using machine controls to input settings and do high level troubleshooting. •Technical experience in injection molding of thermoplastics related to Design for Manufacturability of molds, processing of thermoplastics, robotics, automation and hot runner systems •Demonstrated expertise in the use of problem-solving and root cause analysis tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.), as well as the identification, documentation, and risk assessment of potential failure causes within FMEA (AMEF) methodologies to drive continuous improvement and preventive actions.
