Position Summary

The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a premium experience for both fitness professionals and luxury resort partners. This position serves as the primary liaison between internal operations, fitness talent, and resorts—focusing on relationship management, service excellence, and logistical coordination.

The Specialist uses HubSpot CRM and related automation tools to manage communication workflows, resolve issues efficiently, and track performance metrics that enhance operational effectiveness and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned resorts and fitness professionals.




- Build trusted relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat engagement.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via HubSpot, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Partner with Operations and Sales to deliver a seamless client experience.

Placement Coordination
- Manage the full placement process: onboarding, scheduling, logistics, and feedback.
- Verify resort fitness class schedules, accommodation, and transportation details.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and escalations promptly.
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of information within HubSpot CRM.

Quality Assurance & Retention
- Track satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT) using HubSpot dashboards.
- Collect post-placement feedback from resorts and fitness pros.
- Identify service gaps or trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Support onboarding and training materials to ensure consistency.

Reporting & Collaboration
- Generate weekly and monthly client success reports.
