Collections Specialist (100% Remote – Latin America)

Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must permanently reside in Latin America)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) — *No weekends*

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Compensation: US$6.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Collections Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations by balancing direct client outreach with essential back-office support.

This is a fully remote position offering guaranteed full-time hours, a stable Monday-through-Friday schedule, and excellent opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Payment Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls and emails to follow up on outstanding balances and secure payments.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, professional, yet firm demeanor when handling sensitive client accounts and inquiries.
- Billing Support: Assist with generating and sending invoices,



ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative and clerical support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2+ years of recent experience working specifically within a collections field or a collections-heavy work environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Communication Style: High confidence and comfort when speaking professionally with B2B/B2C clients over the phone and via email.
- Location: Must permanently reside in a Latin American country.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing invoicing and customer accounts.
- Remote Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional dedicated workspace.
