*Corporate Legal Work*
- Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements
- Service/Vendor Contracts
- Employee Agreements




- Corporate Complaints/Lawsuits
- Corporate Organizational Structuring and Documentation

*Property Level Agreements*
- nice to have, but also but it would be great if they some familiarity with the below to work from established property level legal agreements.
- Property Management Agreements
- Construction Management Agreements
- Commercial Lease Agreements
- Loan Documents
- Partnership Agreements

What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of legal experience
- Advanced command of English, and native Spanish speaker
- Open to onsite attendance
