Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Guide ISV partners through pre-onboarding, onboarding, solution validation, and publication readiness processes
Perform readiness checks and ensure all required technical and operational inputs are complete
Configure and validate onboarding prerequisites including IAM roles, APIs, access permissions, and deployment requirements
Support onboarding and validation of VM, Kubernetes, SaaS, and AI solutions on Google Cloud Marketplace
Review architecture diagrams, deployment configurations, Terraform scripts, and related technical artifacts to identify gaps
Test and validate billing, entitlement, and other marketplace API integrations
Troubleshoot issues related to Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, SaaS integrations, deployment flows, and API behavior
Ensure partner solutions comply with Google Cloud Marketplace policies, technical standards, and quality requirements
Provide clear feedback,



corrective actions, and practical guidance to partners and internal stakeholders
Maintain documentation, SOPs, validation findings, onboarding status, and reporting updates

Required Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, VM, Kubernetes/GKE, SaaS, Terraform, Docker, and cloud deployment models
Good understanding of solution validation, QA practices, cloud architecture reviews, and marketplace publication standards
Experience with API testing, billing and entitlement integrations, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with partners, Google teams, and internal stakeholders

Experience & Qualification
~4+ years of experience in cloud onboarding, solution validation, cloud QA, technical support, or technical pre-sales
~ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
~ GCP certifi
