English - Conversational
Spanish - Fully fluent

We do not sell software. Our clients are mid-market and enterprise companies across Real Estate, Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare, HR, and more.

Own the top-of-funnel for assigned verticals: build target account lists, prioritize by signal, and execute structured outreach campaigns.
Run multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, cold email, cold call) with personalization tied to specific business triggers.
Book qualified discovery calls for the closing team — quality over volume, but volume matters too.
Continuously test and refine messaging, subject lines,



and sequences; Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in CRM and report weekly on activities, conversion rates, and blockers.
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (written and spoken) — our buyers are Mexican, tools and vendors are bilingual.
~ Comfortable with AI and automation tools for prospecting (Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or equivalents); Experience in one or more of our core verticals is a plus: Real Estate, Finance, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Hospitality.

Consistent weekly output of qualified discovery calls booked across at least 2 target verticals.
A defined and tested outreach playbook for each vertical, including messaging variants and objection responses.
Clean CRM pipeline with accurate data and activity tracking from day one.
