The
*Medical Service Specialist*
will report to the Clinic Doctor; and will be responsible for providing administrative support at medical practices within the company and updating medical records.

What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate, respond to, and report medical emergencies and general illness cases within the site.
- Arrange medical review, screening, or any other medical services
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly medical and occupational health KPIs.




- Conduct, document, follow up, and close cafeteria health and hygiene audits.
- Manage, control, and ensure appropriate inventory levels of medical supplies and medications.
- Maintain and control documentation related to the Occupational Health Management System.
- Coordinate, execute, track, and close medical examinations, including pre-employment, POE, periodic, job change, presumptive, first aid, and other medical evaluations.
- Manage and follow up on activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Occupational Health System.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Medical Degree or relevant working experience
- MBA in occupational health is preferable but not required
- Knowledge of occupational health
- Leadership experience is preferable but not required
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferable but not required
