Sailun Tire Mexico –Junior Sales Representative (PCR/TBR)

Position Reporting To –Director of Sales

Summary/Objective
Reporting to the Director of Sales, Junior Sales Representative provides operational and field support to the sales team to drive PCR/TBR revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role assists with order follow-up, pricing analysis, reporting, customer visits, and technical field monitoring of tire performance. The position plays a key role in supporting commercial execution, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring accurate sales data and internal coordination across departments.

Essential Functions
Sales & Account Support
- Support sales representatives with order follow-up and customer communication.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, commercial reports, and pricing support materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data within internal systems.
- Conduct ongoing market price benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Promote new products and identify new business opportunities.




- Visit customer locations to provide in-person support and strengthen commercial relationships.
- Perform technical field work to monitor tire performance.
- Support customers at trade shows, product presentations, expos, and commercial events.

Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and finance teams.
- Participate in internal sales meetings as required.
- Other duties assigned.

Travel
- Travel up to 70% is required.
