In this role, you will deliver application and technical guidance on products and services to both customers and internal team members to ensure effective solutions that meet their needs.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex application and system design challenges, while also identifying and recommending viable alternative solutions.Additionally, you will evaluate customer requirements and develop tailored proposals and presentations demonstrating how the company's products or services can address those needs and integrate effectively with existing systems.
