**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all plant infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, CDA (compressed dry air), water supply/drainage, and sanitation systems.
- Develop and manage routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans for plant equipment.
- Coordinate, plan, and oversee construction, renovation, or equipment installation projects within the plant.
- Contractor management, including communication, evaluation, competitive bidding, and construction supervision.
- Ensure projects comply with NOM standards and assist with government permit processes.
- Collaborate with the Asia team to advance various projects.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English or above.




- 3-5 years of experience in plant/facilities management or construction project management in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with low/medium-voltage electrical systems and power generation systems
- Knowledge of local engineering and electromechanical suppliers, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
- Ability to read, draft, and modify CAD drawings.
- Familiarity with applicable regulations, as well as civil protection and labor compliance requirements.
